♟️ Expense Log - This should be the main way for you to record your expenses. You can assign a cateogory to all expenses. The system then automatically calculates how much you have spent per category. This way you can keep track of how much you spend on what and also set yourself goals.

👑 Income Log - The same applies here as with the Expense Log, use these to track all your income, small as they may seem. This will give you an overview of your cash flow and also which income streams you should focus on.

There is a "months" view in both Logs - so you can sort your expenses and income and expenditure by month.

There is one thing to keep in mind if you want to use the Database Total Summary: enter "Total Balance:" for each input or output to be able to add everything up and have an overview - OR: when creating a new entry use the template “Untitled” - in this one “Total Balance” is already filled in

💸 Category Expense – track by several pre-built categories, date

Once you have decided what your budget is for each cateogory, the template will automatically calculate your total budget. In the case of the completed template, this is 2610,00€. Once you have calculated your budget you can go to #monthly Budget -> "Edit Property" - "Divide by" and then enter your budget. This way you can visualise the percentage for each category.

🏆 Total Net Worth Tally – enter your starting balance, and the template will do the rest based on your income and spending entries!
